1. Our Role: Intermediary vs. Affiliate
Our refund process depends entirely on the service you used:
- Agency Services: Booking airline tickets or hotels directly through us.
- Affiliate Services: Clicking a link to purchase tours from Exoticca or insurance from Manulife.
2. Policy for Agency Services (Airline & Hotel Bookings)
This section applies to all airline and hotel bookings made directly through W.W. Travels & Tours Ltd.
- 2.1. THE SUPPLIER’S POLICY IS SUPREME
ALL REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CREDITS, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES ARE GOVERNED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AIRLINE OR HOTEL (“THE SUPPLIER”).W.W. Travels & Tours Ltd. is a booking agent. We do not have our own refund policy for these services. We have no authority to override, modify, or make exceptions to the Supplier’s policies. The fare rules and conditions you agree to at the time of booking are the sole rules that determine your eligibility for any refund or exchange. Many travel products, particularly discounted fares, are 100% non-refundable by the Supplier. - 2.2. Our Role as Your Intermediary
Our function is strictly limited to that of an intermediary. We will act on your behalf to facilitate your request with the Supplier.- To initiate a cancellation or refund request, please contact us at info@wwtravelstours.com.
- We will submit your request and communicate the Supplier’s official decision and options back to you.
- The final outcome of any request is at the sole discretion of the Supplier.
- 2.3. Non-Refundable Service Fees
As detailed in our Terms and Conditions, any service fees charged by W.W. Travels & Tours Ltd. for our agency and facilitation work are non-refundable in all circumstances. These fees cover the service we provide at the time of booking, regardless of the Supplier’s final decision regarding a refund. - 2.4. For Further Information

3. Policy for Affiliate Services (Exoticca Tours & Manulife Insurance)
This section applies when you have purchased a product by clicking a link to one of our partners.
- 3.1. All Transactions are with the Partner:
W.W. Travels & Tours Ltd. does not process any payments for these services. Your contract and payment are made directly with Exoticca or Manulife. - 3.2. You Must Contact the Partner for Refunds:
As we do not handle your money, we cannot issue any refunds. All inquiries regarding cancellations, claims, or refunds must be directed to the company you paid. Their specific refund and cancellation policies apply.
